Dear parents and carers,
School will be fully reopening on Wednesday 2nd of September and all children will be expected to attend.
On the whole, school will operate similar to normal, with a few noticeable exceptions:
- We have staggered our start and finish times
- There will be no breakfast, tea time or after school clubs at first
- Parents/carers are not allowed into the school building without an appointment
- Children will be washing their hands much more than usual
- Staff must keep 2m away from other adults at all times
For more details on these changes and other important information we would appreciate it if you could take the time to read the information sheets for the classes your children will be part of. We have also provided a link to our Reopening Risk Assessment so you can see in detail how we will be keeping our whole school community as safe as possible
We have sorely missed having everyone in school together and we are looking forward to the 2nd of September already.
All the staff at Victoria Lane Academy.
